This November, Red Dot Founder KC Goundiam was invited to write a guest post for the UK organization DiversityQ. Goundiam chose to write a piece entitled “Why I Was Wrong About Diversity”—a provocative article to introduce some troubling issues in the area of workplace diversity and inclusion.
In the article, Goundiam writes, “I used to think everyone meant the same thing I meant when I used that word, but I’ve since learned I was wrong about that.”
